  • Professional Hardening Treatments: Precise vacuum heat treatment or surface nitriding treatment is applied based on material specifications (common combinations include):
    • SACM645 (Nitriding Treatment): Surface hardness reaches over HV 900, delivering exceptional wear and scratch resistance.
    • SKD61 (Vacuum Heat Treatment): Core hardness reaches up to HRC 55, providing outstanding thermal fatigue strength and toughness.

2. Special Surface Technologies & High-Mirror Polishing

  • PTA Tungsten Carbide Hardfacing (Plasma Transferred Arc): Localized PTA hardfacing is applied to high-wear areas (such as hole orifice edges) to effectively process high-percentage glass fiber-reinforced or composite materials.
  • Flow Channel Polishing: Interior flow channels and discharge holes achieve a surface roughness down to Ra 0.08, significantly reducing material adhesion and residue while enhancing flow consistency and cleaning efficiency.

  • Custom Tolerance Control: Precision machining strictly complies with customer drawing requirements and equipment assembly specifications, ensuring uniform hole diameters and geometric tolerances.

Material & Processing Method Evaluation
Optimizing wear resistance and surface finish requirements. We evaluate specifications based on your drawings or operational needs (such as designated steel grades SKD61 / SACM645 / K340 / DC53, target hardness, or PTA hardfacing). Step 03
Precision Machining & Surface Finishing
Hardening treatments & Ra 0.08 polishing. Components undergo CNC precision machining and specialized heat treatment, followed by flow channel polishing performed by experienced technicians.

CMM Inspection & Final Delivery
Quality inspection report included. Key dimensions and geometric tolerances are thoroughly verified using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and specialized tools to guarantee exact compliance before packaging and shipping.
